Abdulmajid Mussa Nsekela holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in International Banking Finance (MBA-IBF) and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Birmingham University (United Kingdom), He is also an alumnus of the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) having specialized in Banking and Finance.

He is a Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of CRDB Bank Plc, responsible for providing strategic direction in all business aspects within the Group, ensuring sustainability of the group and its subsidiaries and improve visibility and service expansion that meet the needs of all stakeholders, while enjoying trust from the general public and hence increase shareholder value.

He has served NMB BANK PLC, DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA for 10 years overseeing the Retail Banking Business and its Operations. During the period as Chief/Business Head Retail Banking he steered the development of the retail infrastructure through the establishment of various crucial departments that includes; Customer Service (2009), Alternative Channels (2012), Card Business (2013), Private Banking (2014), Agency Banking (2015) and managing Branch Network with over 2,900 FTE.

Prior joining NMB Bank, he spent 11 years at CRDB Bank serving through various positions in Branch Operations and Corporate Banking Departments.

He has earned key roles on various Management Boards in the United Republic of Tanzania, including serving as Chairman of the Bankers Association Board; the Arts and Culture Fund Board (ACFB); Small Scale Tea Farmers Board;

He is also a council member of Tanzania National Business Council (TNBC) and the Tanzania Financial Inclusion National Council; a Board member of Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF); Tanzania Mortgage Refinance Company Limited (TMRC) and the Economic & Social Research Foundation (ESRF) Board.

Happy Pascal Kitingati holds Master’s degree in Economics and Public Policy from University of Queensland, Australia and a Bachelor degree in Economics from Mzumbe University in Tanzania.  She is an Economist in the major areas of data analysis, Interpretation, report writing, Policy and Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation as well as Agricultural Marketing. She is the Assistant Director in the Ministry of Agriculture.

She has experience in the areas of Crop Development, Policy, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.  Further, she has worked as Researcher Assistant at The Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF) in Tanzania through Monitoring African Food and Agricultural Policies (MAFAP) project; the OECD and Belinda and Gates Foundation funded project.
